Govt warns TV channels over Programme Code violations, urges caution in AI use

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has warned private satellite TV channels against violating the Programme Code and urged caution while using AI tools in news and programme production. It said AI should be used only in an assistive capacity without compromising accuracy, authenticity or sensitivity.
