The Florida Attorney General filed a lawsuit against a major biopharmaceutical company.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier filed a lawsuit against Pfizer and its CEO Dr. Albert Bourla.
The Florida legal complaint states: “Defendants thus engaged in unfair acts or practices, or unconscionable acts or practices in the conduct of trade or commerce in violation of Section 501.204(1), Florida Statutes.” The Florida AG states that Pfizer engaged in these practices to gain a larger portion of sales and engage in profiteering, and that they were likely to cause substantial injury to the reasonable consumer’s right to make an informed choice.
“Weeks ago we learned Fauci and the biomedical state knew the COVID jabs were dangerous but hid it from us,” Florida AG James Uthmeier posted this month. “While that investigation continues, today we sued Pfizer for deceptively marketing the products as safe—making billions—while pregnant women were miscarrying their babies and teenagers were having heart attacks.”
